I was blown away by the ease of assembly of this closet system. Each box was labeled clearly and the directions were so easy to follow. I LOVE that each tower is customizable to our closet needs and I will be able to easily change up the layout as our needs change from season to season! The overall quality of this product is exceptional and I could not be happier with our new closet system!

I must say I LOVE my new closet system. I've been using a room in our home as my closet/dressing room (It's a long story.) Nevertheless, I needed a better way to hang my clothes and store my accessories than what you see in the before picture. This closet system was the answer to my prayers. It arrived in three clearly labeled boxes, but there were instruction manuals only in boxes B and C. You should definitely unpack everything before you start. It just makes things easier. A friend suggested I assemble the drawers first. I'm glad I did because 2 of my 3 drawers were missing the bottom panel. However, the response I received and the resolution were prompt and satisfactory. I assembled it by myself, but it took MUCH longer than I expected. The case of the missing drawer bottoms had me in a tailspin for a minute, but I got back on track. I had to take a break or two because I had the frames upside down and a couple of other mishaps. As I made progress, I felt some satisfaction with each portion that was completed (frame assembly, wall mounting, adding shelves/drawers, etc.). Moving shelves around was simple and the soft-close drawers seal the deal. The final system looks amazing. It doesn't change the fact that my clothes in a different room than where I sleep, but it sure is pretty. Honestly, I went in there quite a few times the evening I assembled it and the next morning just to admire my work. The clean lines of the system, the all-white components, and satin nickel hardware make me smile. Also, it doesn't hurt that it's about 4ft of space, but holds so much more than I expected. There's a lot of weight on those rods, but they're holding up. It's been 2 weeks and I've not yet figured out what I want as my final configuration, so I'm seeing how the is one feels for a while before I change it up. That's the beauty of having a system like this, I can assemble the other drawer if I need to . . . or not. I dig it. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on its use.

The pieces came in two different deliveries but only a day apart, which was good. I waited until the weekend to start my project. I started at 1pm on a Saturday and finished completely just before 5. Honestly, the instructions could be a bit easier. I put together IKEA furniture quicker than that but I am a male and I only glances at the directions. After the initial build it all started to come together really easy. The fun part was being able to organize it however I wanted, or however my wife wanted. Overall, it was an easy job with little to no stress. I would recommend to others to make sure you measure first! I would have pictures but can't upload them for some reason.

Pros Easy Installation: It took me and my husband around 4 hours to put together the whole 6-foot closet. We are NOT handy, so I was a little intimidated at the prospect of assembling this ourselves. However the whole frame basically just snaps together then is secured with screws. The only tools we really needed for the entire assembly were a level and a phillips-head screwdriver. Eazy-peazy. Sturdy / Quality Materials: The frame is made of aluminum, which is surprisingly lightweight (making installation easier) but also seems really strong. Once we attached the free-standing unit to the wall with the anti-tip brackets we were impressed at how sturdy it felt. The design details along the vertical pieces and the drawer fronts make the system look really pretty also! Configure it How You Want: What I love most about this system is the fact that I can put the shelves, drawers and hanging rods anywhere in the system I want. It did take us awhile to figure out what layout would work best for us - that involved moving things around several times. However because we were able to pop the components out and pop them back in somewhere else, it was not a big deal to change it around. Cons Instructions / Logistics Could Be Better: Our closet came in several boxes that were labeled with letters. We opened box A first and expected to find instructions in there. There were none, so we went on the website and found instructions there. As we continued assembly, we ended up finding the instructions in box C (which was frustrating). There were a couple of pieces that were not in the boxes we expected them to be in, causing us to have to open more boxes to find a part to finish an earlier task. Had we laid everything out prior to starting this would not have been an issue. Parts are not labeled. Though the instructions show pictures of all of the parts and they are labeled with letters, there are no corresponding letters on the actual parts. This was mostly an issue with the various screws, making it a bit difficult to distinguish which was the correct one. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on its use. I love my new closet; I feel like I finally have the "grown-up" closet I deserve.
